As the Assistant Nursery Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring each child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
  • Establishing strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication
  • Supporting the Nursery Manager in resolving complaints and concerns promptly, and reporting these to the Regional Manager
  • Supporting, supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality childcare and fostering positive working relationships
  • Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring high standards of health and safety
