Based: Hybrid, 1-2 days a week in our Burntwood head office
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing
As our new Business Analyst, you’ll:
- Lead discovery work across the business to map out and analyse current processes
- Work closely with stakeholders at all levels – from front-line teams to senior leaders – across the UK and internationally
- Play a central role in shaping the future of our HRIS and payroll systems across four strategic business units
- Run workshops, gather clear business requirements, and assess whether systems should be unified or kept separate
- Help us move away from fragmented systems and toward smarter, scalable solutions
- Support change and communications efforts to ensure smooth adoption across the business
- Collaborate with teams including IT, People, Education and Legal to ensure everything aligns with our organisational goals
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Expertise in HRIS/payroll systems like SAP, Workday, Oracle, ADP or Dayforce
- A strong grasp of GDPR, data privacy, and system integration best practices
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to influence and challenge at senior levels
- Experience with methodologies like Agile, Kanban, Scrum – and familiarity with tools like Prince2 or BCS/ISEB qualifications
