Production Supervisor Location: Ipswich, Suffolk Hours: 6:30am – 3:15pm, Sunday to Thursday Salary: £40,000 Benefits: 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, salary and development reviews. Duties and Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee production lines, managing daily operations * Monitor and manage daily performance indicators and KPIs within the packhouse * Support the production team with daily tasks, including coaching, training, and basic machine maintenance * Participate in daily meetings and provide reports to address performance issues and general concerns * Conduct start-up checks and ensure adherence to customer specifications during production * Ensure team members are properly trained and consistently follow SOPs, Health & Safety procedures, and product specifications What we are looking for: * Previous Supervisory or Management experience within FMCG or Fresh Produce (essential) * Physically fit (essential) * Experience in using an SAP system (desirable) * Previous experience in overlooking and operating packing machines (desirable) * Flexible attitude and happy working in KPI driven environment (essential) So, are you ready for your next job?
