Marketing Lead Location: Wisbech, with occasional travel to the London Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm Salary: circa £45,000 per annum Duration: Permanent Benefits: 25 day holiday + bank holidays, death in service benefit 4x annual salary, up to 6% pension contribution, employee assistance programme and various supermarket discounts. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic UK Marketing Coordinator to lead exciting projects across the UK & Ireland. Job Duties: * Deliver marketing plans and manage NPD (New Product Development) projects. * Lead in-store visibility strategies * Coordinate packaging, supply chain and key brand projects * Organise high-profile consumer activities including promotions, sponsorships, and brand ambassador programmes * Manage advertising, social media, and e-commerce initiatives with creative agencies * Analyse market data and provide actionable insights to drive growth * Support sales teams with trade presentations * Take ownership of the UK marketing budget * Was part of a collaborative regional team What we are looking for: * Degree in Marketing or Business (or equivalent experience). * 3+ years’ experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing within FMCG or food industry * Proven track record in NPD and delivering marketing campaigns * Strong understanding of the UK retail environment * Confident, creative, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills So, are you ready for your next job?
