You’re in luck, because we’re hiring for a Team / Line Leader for a busy production site where you’ll manage lines, lead teams, and try not to shout when someone jams the bagging machine for the third time today. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making sure all production lines are set up accordingly and ready for daily operation
- Leading and mentoring production staff on multiple production lines
- Efficiently use production equipment and machines such as check weighers, bagging machines and measuring systems
- Manage accurate records and reports across production
- Operate food processing machines for sorting, grading and packing
- Managing and overlooking stock levels and inventory control
- Work and assist other departments as and when required
What we are looking for:
- Previous Line Leader experience is essential (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working with fresh produce or FMCG
- Food Safety Certification (desirable)
- Health and Safety Qualification (desirable)
