Location: Outskirts of Cambridge, CB23

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (OFFICE BASED)

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience + quarterly bonus

Job Duties:

  • Delivering top-notch customer service and building strong relationships
  • Keeping customers up-to-date with the latest offers and news
  • Responding quickly and accurately to customer questions
  • Supporting the Account Managers and Sales Administrator to ensure seamless service
  • Processing orders and handling payments
  • Keeping customer records up-to-date and set up new customer accounts on the database
  • Helping out with various office tasks as needed
