Factory Operative

Working on a production line packing Christmas gifts ready for dispatch to supermarkets and local retailers. The role will require good manual dexterity alongside the ability to undertake repetitive work. You will rotate on different lines to provide variety in your week. Reliability and good attendance are essential for this role!

Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire

Start Date: End of July 2025

Hours: 6.30am – 15.00pm Monday – Thursday, Finish 12noon on Fridays

Hourly Rate: £12.21 Per Hour (overtime has 25% uplift over 40 hours)

Duration: Temporary to December 2025

• Ability to undertake repetitive work
• Good manual dexterity – ability to use your hands for quick paced line work
• Able to work at a pace
• Can stand for the duration of the shift

Please note:

• No holiday to be taken September – November
• Breaks are paid daily so you will be paid for 40 hours per week
• Bookings for the end of July taken now
