Administrator Role: Administrator Location: Central Cambridge Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm & Saturdays (once every 3 weeks) 9am – 1pm Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 per annum depending on your experience Benefits: 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays and training opportunities We are on the hunt for a dynamic and organised Administrator to join a small but vibrant team! If you have a knack for multitasking, a love for real estate, and a sense of humour that could charm a house off its foundation, we want to hear from YOU! You will be working within the property industry, but no property experience is needed. A background in administration or a customer facing role is more than enough. This is an administrative role with no progression available at this stage, so it would suit someone looking for stability over long term growth. NOTE: you will need to hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have your own vehicle to be considered for this role. Who are we? We are Busy Bee Recruitment, an award-winning recruitment agency supplying both temporary and permanent staffing solutions throughout the UK to our client base spanning multiple sectors including Sales, Marketing, Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Accountancy, Administration & Executive Search. What your role will involve: * Manage office inbox, diary, viewings, and valuation bookings * Handle phone, email, and front-desk enquiries * Support client onboarding and compliance checks * Maintain admin trackers, accounts records, and client files * Arrange property marketing (photos, EPCs, floor plans) * Create brochures and material info reports * Update Alto system with property and client details * Send new listings to matched contacts and maintain displays * Provide general office support and assist team as needed What we are looking for: * Full UK Driving Licence and have your own vehicle * Previous administration experience – minimum 1 year * Self-motivated and a strong team player * Excellent customer service skills – verbal and written * Previous property industry experience – would be beneficial but is not essential So, are you ready for your next job?
