Digital Marketing Executive \\n Full time, Hybrid (12 days office, central Edinburgh)\\n Reports to Sales Director \\n Salary based on experience, with scope to develop \\n\\n Busy B is a well-loved Edinburgh-based stationery brand, creating beautiful diaries, calendars, notebooks and journals sold via our website, Amazon, Faire, and retailers including John Lewis and Waterstones. 5m, this is an exciting chance to make a real impact in a small, creative, and friendly team. \\n\\n Youll be resourceful, software-literate, and thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting the Sales and Marketing Director and wider team.

\\n\\n Ideally youll bring 2+ years experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing background, have developed strong Excel skills and a knack for creating engaging visual and written content on site and for our social channels. \\n\\n Content & Brand \\n Manage seasonal photoshoots and creative campaigns. \\n Create digital content and copy for emails, social, SEO, and product listings.

\\n Ensure brand consistency and support PR, influencers, and affiliates. \\n\\n Ecommerce & Website \\n Deliver digital plans and site updates. \\n Lead website development and merchandising to maximise performance.

\\n CRM & Performance Marketing \\n Own our CRM strategy, email marketing, and automation journeys. \\n Cleanse and grow the database; Plan and manage monthly performance marketing budget aligned to ROAS goals \\n\\n Identify growth opportunities and assist with market/product research. \\n Attend training/workshops and support general admin during quieter periods.
