About the Role
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in delivering financial planning, forecasting, modelling, tenderpreparationand performance analysis across the organisation.You'llwork closely with operational leaders, financeteamsand executive stakeholders toprovidemeaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing andmaintainingsophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Coordinating budgets,forecastsand scenario planning across multiple business areas.
- Conducting financial analysis, sensitivitymodellingand business case evaluations.
- Providingactionable insights on financial and operational performance.
- Partnering with stakeholders toidentifytrends, risks,opportunitiesand performance drivers.
- Supporting tender submissions through pricing,budgetingand commercial analysis.
- Driving improvements in management reporting,forecastingand planning processes.
- Enhancing data integrity,governanceand reporting consistency across finance systems.

Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You are a curious,analyticaland commercially astute finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and influencing outcomes through data-driven insights.
To be successful, you will bring:
- 5+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, managementaccountingor a similar analytical finance role.
- Strong financial modelling,budgetingand forecasting capabilities.
- Experience analysing complex financial and operational data and translating it into business insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience working within large,complexor multi-entity organisations.
- Exposure to systems such as Workday Adaptive, NetSuiteor similar planning/ERP platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage non-finance stakeholders confidently.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce,Economicsor a related discipline.
- CA,CPAor CIMA qualification (or currently working towards completion).
