What does a B2B Product Marketing Manager at Busuu do?

We're hiring a B2B Product Marketing Manager to help make our B2B GTM motion smarter, sharper, and faster. You'll take our existing positioning and help it show up everywhere B2B touches the market, and help run the engine that turns market signal back into stronger positioning, sharper messaging, and better deals. This is a role for the AI-native era of Product Marketing. We're looking for someone comfortable with that shift: confident using AI tools to support enablement and competitive intelligence workflows, and keen to develop those skills further. You'll join a small, senior PMM team that owns the strategic frameworks the rest of the company executes against, as Busuu enters its most ambitious chapter yet in language learning.

What you'll do as a B2B Product Marketing Manager:

  • Sales enablement as a living system: Maintain and continuously improve the B2B enablement library, using AI-powered systems that let revenue teams (Sales, CS) self-serve playbooks, pitch decks, competitive comparisons, customer stories, and battlecards. Help move enablement from one-off asset production towards automated, always-current systems.
  • The B2B intelligence loop: Run and maintain the automations (e.g. in Gong) that turn sales calls, win/loss, CSM signal, and competitor moves into structured insight on a regular cadence. Track whether enablement is being used and landing, and feed that signal back to the Lead PMM to inform messaging, assets, and upstream product conversations. Contribute customer research, sales signal, and market trends into the team's wider point of view.
  • Expression of B2B positioning across every surface: Take the positioning owned by the GTM Strategy & Growth Leads and help it land consistently across every key touchpoint in the customer journey. Feed signal back when something isn't landing or when new opportunities emerge.
  • Automated collateral systems: Use and iterate on AI-assisted workflows that produce, update, and personalise battlecards, one-pagers, vertical decks, and RFP responses at deal speed.

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years in product marketing, with B2B SaaS experience selling to enterprise or mid-market. Bonus if you've sold into L&D, HR, or learning categories.
  • AI-fluent: you reach for AI to raise the quality and speed of your output, and you're keen to build your skills in systems and automations, not just one-off prompts.
  • Confident across the modern PMM stack: conversational intelligence tools (Gong or equivalent), workflow automation, AI tooling.
  • Experience contributing to sales enablement, with an interest in measuring adoption and impact.
  • Comfortable working at pace within an established cadence, with regular check-ins with the Lead PMM.
