The Company

Buster + Punch is a London-born home fashion brand, headquartered in Peterborough, England. The brand aims to make ‘ordinary home products’ into extraordinary items for everyday use. Our products are designed so that our customers and prospects look at these items in a way that previously they would have considered as ‘normal’ but now as ‘future collectable’ and an extension of their appreciation of design.

Our core product verticals are Electricity (switches, dimmers and sockets), Lighting and Hardware (door and cabinet) but we haven’t forgotten our legacy iconic items such as custom motorcycles and whisky bars.

The Brand now delivers to over 110 countries globally, prides itself of its systems, its liquidity, forward planning and rewards employee’s achievements and energy. As the Brand has matured it is focussed on employing the best people it can attract, as it recognises that these people will drive us to the next stage of our growth.

The Role

At Buster + Punch, we design extraordinary products — and we expect the same thinking behind the systems that deliver them. Our supply chain is global, fast-moving, and constantly evolving, and we’re looking for someone who can get under the hood of it.

This role is for a systems-oriented thinker with a strong analytical mindset — someone who wants to understand how data, planning tools, suppliers and logistics all connect, and how to make them work better, all while working as a team. You won’t just execute processes; you’ll understand them, refine them, and continuously improve them.

If you’re naturally curious about how things work, comfortable working with data, and motivated by solving real operational challenges, this is an opportunity to have a direct impact on how our supply chain performs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Demand Planning and Forecasting – Maintain forecasts, manage exception reports, and analyse forecast discrepancies to understand and respond to trends and changes, with corrective actions. Work collaboratively across the business to plan for NPD, discontinuations, marketing events, offers, and campaigns to overlay uplifts on baseline forecasts. Support the Senior Supply Chain Management team in the monthly Open-To-Buy process.

Maintenance of Replenishment System – Review, refine, and optimise purchasing parameters to enhance the ordering pattern for all product ranges. Maintain accurate planning parameters in the systems – NetSuite and NetStock. Ability to understand end-to-end supply chain systems and their integrations/interdependencies.

Purchasing – Interrogate and verify suggested scheduled purchase orders and ensure bespoke customer requirements are met. Liaise with suppliers to confirm production and shipment dates in line with lead times. Communicate with customer service and the sales team to align priorities and meet customer requirements.

Supplier Management – Work closely with overseas suppliers and the Buster + Punch China team to ensure pilot orders and purchase orders are completed on time and shipped in the required order. Review lead times, replenishment cycles, and MOQs to maintain lean supply chain principles. Proactively manage and agree solutions for manufacturing challenges and issues (capacity, machine downtime, and resource fluctuations).

Shipping and Distribution – Align purchasing to maximise the use of sea freight as a preferred route. Maintain and update ETDs and ETAs in line with agreed SLAs.

Stock Holding Management – Ensure optimum stock levels to maximise customer availability and ensure high-velocity lines are never out of stock within model stock levels. Manage surplus and obsolete inventory and develop exit plans to dispose of it where required.

Service Level KPI Management – Action daily and weekly KPIs and dashboard exceptions whilst identifying and resolving fulfilment issues. Support the development of, and produce, weekly and monthly supply chain KPI packs.
