A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Preparation & Maintenance Assistant Manager at our Vehicle Preparation Department at Whiffler Road in Norwich. Busseys are one of Norfolk’s most successful family businesses, employing approximately 200 people throughout the county and have been a Ford Main dealer since 1923. Our FordStore is one of only 55 nationwide and represents the highest levels of customer service and professionalism in the franchise network.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual who has great attention to detail, is organised and has a positive attitude. Excellent communication and administration skills are also crucial to this role.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Organising new and used vehicle mechanical and cosmetic preparation for stock and sale.
- Organising photography of all used vehicles.
- Assisting in organising re-cleaning of new & used vehicles.
- Assisting in organising the team of Technicians and Valeters.
- Assisting in organising group wide maintenance and general projects.
- General office duties.
- Preparing costings for prep work.
- Ensuring all invoicing is kept up to date.
- Providing cover during the manager’s absence.
