Customers are at the heart of all we do and our receptionists have a friendly and positive approach to meeting and greeting all customers entering the showroom, along with covering the main switchboard. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our busy reception team in Norwich who will maintain and deliver our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibility will be to provide a courteous and efficient service to all our customers both on the phone and in person. Main duties will include:

  • Qualifying customer needs and managing the direction of customers within the showroom environment providing courteous and friendly customer service at all times
  • Operating the group’s switchboard efficiently directing calls in a prompt and timely fashion
  • Providing effective administrative assistance when required

The successful candidate will be an organised, effective member of the team with a positive attitude. Excellent telephone manner, communication, IT, keyboard and administration skills are crucial to this role. Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

This is a part-time position working Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm. There is a requirement to work Saturdays 8am to 5pm on a rota. Flexibility to provide cover for holidays and sickness is essential.
