We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our friendly Group Administration team as an apprentice and work for an award-winning family business, dealing with all elements of administration across the Company. This is an ideal opportunity for a school/college leaver or someone looking to start their administrative career, whilst gaining a recognised qualification. If you enjoy helping and interacting with people, organising and general office work, this role will suit you perfectly.
Responsibilities
- General administration duties
- Scanning and filing of confidential documents
- Booking conference rooms/events/activities
- Updating basic spreadsheets
- Assist with recruitment processes such as booking interviews, preparing new starter documents and assisting with on-boarding
- Input and maintenance of data in HR and H&S systems, working towards becoming a Superuser
- Assist with the central organisation and coordination of information and compliance.
This is typically an 18-month apprenticeship which will lead to a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Qualifications & Requirements
Apprentices without Level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment (EPA) but full support will be given in order to achieve this.
