About the Role - We are currently seeking a committed Residential Property Fee Earner (Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer) in Tunbridge Wells office to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day matters on behalf of clients in all property conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership and land transactions.
  • Regularly liaise with estate agents and financial advisors.
  • Explain complex legal matters to clients in an understandable manner.
  • Oversee financial control, including cashflow management, collection of monies on account, and billing procedures.
  • Provide accurate and timely conveyancing quotations.
  • Meet agreed targets for time recording, billing, and cost recovery.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure high standards of client care are exercised in a professional and pleasant manner at all times.
  • Participate in marketing activities and leverage networking and business development opportunities.
  • Experience in commercial property is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

  • Solicitor/Licensed conveyancer/Legal Executive with 1 year + PQE
  • Proven experience in property conveyancing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism and client care
