Buss Murton Law is a well-established and respected law firm with offices in Tunbridge Wells and Cranbrook. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality legal advice through our experienced and dedicated team.
Weβre looking for a motivated Private Client Lawyer to join our friendly team in Tunbridge Wells. While based in Tunbridge Wells, you will be part of our wider Private Client department, working collaboratively with colleagues across our offices.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney.
- Deliver clear and empathetic legal advice to clients.
- Oversee billing processes and maintain effective cashflow management.
- Achieve objectives in time recording, billing, and cost recovery.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships.
- Represent the firm by actively engaging in marketing and networking initiatives.
- Uphold Lexcel standards and comply with all regulatory requirements.
