Key Responsibilities
Handle a variety of property conveyancing matters – freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership & land transactions.
Liaise with estate agents and financial advisors to ensure smooth transactions.
Deliver clear, client-friendly advice on complex legal issues.
Manage financials including cashflow, quotations, and billing.
Build strong, lasting client relationships and contribute to business development and networking
What We\’re Looking For:
1+ year PQE in residential property law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed client expectations.
Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and techniques.
Experience in commercial property is a bonus
