π We're Hiring: Residential property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
π Location: Cranbrook, Kent
π Full Time or Part time
π· Β£42,000βΒ£55,000 per annum DOE

Buss Murton Law is a well-established and respected law firm with offices in Cranbrook and Tunbridge Wells. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality legal advice through our experienced and dedicated team.
π Key Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of property conveyancing matters β freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership & land transactions.
- Liaise with estate agents and financial advisors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Deliver clear, client-friendly advice on complex legal issues.
- Manage financials including cashflow, quotations, and billing.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships and contribute to business development and networking
π Must have skills:
- 1+ year PQE in residential property law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed client expectations.
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and techniques.
π Experience in commercial property is a bonus.
