About the Role – We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner (Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer) to join our team. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day matters on behalf of clients in all property conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership, and land transactions. Regularly liaise with estate agents and financial advisors. Explain complex legal matters to clients in an understandable manner. Oversee financial control, including cashflow management, collection of monies on account, and billing procedures. Provide accurate and timely conveyancing quotations. Meet agreed targets for time recording, billing, and cost recovery. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
