About the Role: In this role you will raise the profile of the firm, build and enhance contact with clients, prospective clients and referrers alongside the Head of Finance and Operations and with the assistance of our external marketing consultants. This role does require you to have a driving licence/own vehicle as you will need to regularly visit our Cranbrook office in setting up and organising business lunches and events in surrounding Kent areas.
Responsibilities:
- Creating high quality content across all our social media channels, monitoring and overseeing the social media accounts.
- Coordinating all firm events, including in-house networking/client events and organising attendance to external events.
- Monitoring and analysing marketing data; using this data to make informed decisions on the strategy and positioning of paid and organic social media output.
- Liaising with external contacts to organise merchandise, community events, memberships and publications.
- Preparing professional reports for Directors and Heads of Departments for monthly and quarterly meetings.
- Managing and updating the company website.
- Keeping up to date with competitors, marketing trends and the legal environment; putting forward ideas and opportunities to the Head of Finance.
- Communicate effectively with staff about marketing initiatives, events and articles.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience within a similar role and an understanding of the legal sector.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience using social media channels (LinkedIn, Meta Business) as well as Canva and WordPress.
- The ability to work independently as well as with stakeholders of all levels.
- A positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a legal environment.
What we offer: Salary of £29,000 - £31,000 per annum DOE (pro rata to 4 days a week), 25 days holiday.
