Key Responsibilities:- Handle a variety of property conveyancing matters – freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership & land transactions.
- Liaise with estate agents and financial advisors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Deliver clear, client-friendly advice on complex legal issues.
- Manage financials including cashflow, quotations, and billing.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships and contribute to business development and networking.
- 1+ year PQE in residential property law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed client expectations.
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and techniques.
- Experience in commercial property is a bonus.
