We are hiring a Residential property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive.

Location: Cranbrook, Kent

Full Time or Part time

Salary: £42,000–£55,000 per annum DOE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a variety of property conveyancing matters – freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership & land transactions.
  • Liaise with estate agents and financial advisors to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Deliver clear, client-friendly advice on complex legal issues.
  • Manage financials including cashflow, quotations, and billing.
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships and contribute to business development and networking.
Must have skills:
  • 1+ year PQE in residential property law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed client expectations.
  • Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and techniques.
  • Experience in commercial property is a bonus.
