Situated at the Rhyl Campus and assisting the Engineering delivery team, you will work under the general guidance and direction of lecturers and the Practical Skills Supervisor. Your primary role will be to facilitate the delivery of practical sessions to groups of learners within the workshop. This involves preparing for the sessions in advance, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are ready, and providing ongoing support to both the instructors and students during the sessions as needed. Your contributions will be essential in creating an effective and engaging learning environment for the learners.
The apprentice will be required to achieve progress in their Engineering Apprenticeship framework within agreed timescales. While full Welsh fluency isn’t required, an entry-level understanding is essential. You’ll be fully supported in developing these language skills throughout your apprenticeship.

- Holiday Entitlement: 28 days leave per annum, rising to 32 days after 5 full holiday years' continuous service (01 September to 31 August). All normally observed public holidays, determined annually. Up to 5 days efficiency closure days per annum, determined annually.
