A strong connection with the 14–16 provision is essential, with the successful candidate expected to contribute to high-quality educational delivery from ages 14–16 through to further education and work-based learning. A proactive role is also expected in supporting the lecturer and the team to develop the Construction courses and provision, ensuring that learners are at the heart of everything we do.

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high standards of teaching and learning within a workshop environment and support the lecturer in providing ongoing support, advice, and guidance that promotes learner success.
