To work as a member of the ALN Team to provide high‑quality, learner‑centred study support that promotes independence, builds confidence and strengthens essential academic and organisational skills.
Study support enables learners to understand how they learn best, overcome barriers and develop strategies that allow them to access, participate and progress successfully in their studies. Support may take place within the Study Centre, online, or during twilight sessions (twilight 5-8pm) to ensure flexible and responsive provision.

- Salary: £16,538 - £17,752 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience
- Place of Work: Bangor
- Holiday Entitlement: 28 days leave per annum, rising to 32 days after 5 full holiday years’ continuous service (01 September to 31 August). All normally observed public holidays, determined annually. Up to 5 days efficiency closure days per annum, determined annually. Part Time contracts will receive a pro rata entitlement to the above. Term Time contracts will receive a pro rata entitlement to the above paid as part of annual salary.
- Working Pattern: 26 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (to be agreed and may include some holiday periods)
