This is a full‑time, on‑site Service Scheduler role based in Batley. The Service Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling service appointments, managing daily engineer workloads, and maintaining communication with both clients and team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating service logs
  • Ensuring timely completion of work orders
  • Providing exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and issues
  • Interaction with engineers and other departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Qualifications:
