We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations/Practice Manager and PA to work on a non-staff basis. You will have the skills and experience to ensure the seamless operation of our business. This role is vital in managing and coordinating our systems, processes, and client relationships, contributing to the delivery of our mission.
As Operations Manager/Practice Manager, you will oversee a wide array of responsibilities, including operational coordination, client onboarding, compliance, and project management. Your ability to streamline processes and foster a supportive environment will be key to the role’s success. More importantly, the ideal addition to our team will have comprehensive experience to draw on, but a proactive, flexible approach to help us achieve our growth plan and learn new skills from helping us on that journey and consolidate our success as a business.
The Role Incorporates The Following Areas:
- Develop and maintain business systems and report on performance to ensure efficiency as well as regulatory compliance.
- Oversee client onboarding, in line with Anti Money Laundering regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members and development of associated materials.
- Assist in financial activities, including payroll, invoicing, and budget compliance.
- Provide PA support to the Managing Director.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including Leadership Team’s Quarterly Meetings.
Requirements:
- A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office product suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Previous experience in operational management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with business systems and compliance requirements in an accounting environment with a willingness to learn and implement new technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team, remote working environment.
