We are looking to add a Senior Designer to our UK team. This position is located in London and is a fullâtime, inâoffice (hybrid) role, with related travel as needed.
Your Impact
- Lead the way in design: setting and steering the creative vision across projects, translating strategy into compelling visual storytelling that drives real impact.
- Create distinctive, highâimpact design, mentoring others on craft and style, presenting confidently to stakeholders, and upholding exceptional creative quality throughout.
- Act as a strategic thought partner: collaborating closely with consulting teams and client leads to translate complex business challenges into powerful, experienceâled design solutions.
- Coach and mentor designers: inspiring and developing junior and midâlevel designers, providing constructive feedback, fostering growth, and building creative confidence across the team.

What You Bring
- 7â10 years' experience working across graphic design and experience design disciplines â from brand and data visualization to experience and spatial/exhibition design; with prior experience in a creative consultancy environment is highlyâvalued.
- A deep understanding of multiple engagement principles â from editorial and environmental branding design to immersive exhibitions â along with strong design thinking, conceptual development, and experience design skills.
- Emotional intelligence that builds trust, uncovers insights, and understands what it takes to supercharge a team and drive behaviour change.
- A natural leader and mentor â energizing teams, providing direction, and nurturing emerging talent.
- Comfortable leading multiple workstreams while balancing creativity, structure, and delivery; able to multitask effectively across fastâpaced sprints and shortâtimeline projects.
- Highly organized, articulate, and confident presenting creative ideas to both internal and client audiences.
