We are growing fast and looking for a driven, commercially minded Private Seller Sales Specialist to help more owners sell successfully on our platform.
The role involves turning interest into action, guiding private business owners to list their business for sale. Most leads are warm inbound enquiries. Top performers are proactive: following up, returning missed calls, and reaching out to new prospects so no opportunity is lost. You will work directly with the COO and a collaborative team that values initiative, ownership, and results. Persistence, curiosity, and care for small business owners will set you apart.
What you will do:
- Engage warm inbound leads and follow up proactively across phone, email, and video
- Make targeted outbound calls to re-engage lapsed or potential sellers
- Qualify sellers, understand their needs, and recommend the right listing package
- Close with confidence and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Share seller insights with Marketing and Product to improve our offering
- Contribute to a global brand that is evolving fast, with real opportunities to grow
What we are looking for:
- 1–4 years of sales experience. B2C, SaaS, classifieds or marketplace experience is ideal
- A proven closer with the energy to hunt for new business when leads are quiet
- Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to sales conversations
- Confidence using CRM tools, video calls, and phone outreach
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to make an impact in a growing company
