About the Role

  • 2 years experience in Teaching in school with a bachelor's and master's in education with a relevant degree and hands-on experience in managing classes for English, Mathematics, and Science.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons to students in classroom and/or online settings.
  • Teach according to the educational needs, abilities, and achievement levels of individual students and groups.
  • Work towards the implementation of the school development plan.
  • Assign, correct, and assess student work in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
  • Assess, record, and report on student development, progress, attainment, and behaviour.
  • Contribute to oral and written assessments, reports, and references for individual students or groups.
  • Communicate, consult, and collaborate with teaching staff, leadership, and parents/guardians to support students’ best interests.
  • Participate in in-service training, professional development programs, and action research initiatives.
  • Maintain good order and discipline while safeguarding students’ health and safety at all times.
  • Attend and contribute to staff, curriculum, and administrative meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (on-campus) in a related subject.
  • Full-time teaching experience of minimum 2 years.
  • PGCE or QTS certification is a MUST.
  • Two professional reference details to be provided at the time of application.
  • An offer of employment is contingent upon a clear criminal background check.
