About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work within our outbound sales team supporting with customer retention through proactive “save” campaigns and Contract Renewals activities focused on our SME customer base. You will be responsible for working internal contract referrals based on our target segmentation and proactively managing customer expectations to increase resolution rates. Customer service is a key component of this role as we ensure that our customers are benefitting from the full range of service benefits our propositions have to offer.
About you
You will be a motivated team player with extensive knowledge and expertise in outbound calling in a business-to-business (B2B) setting, preferably in the mass market for utilities or a related field. Prior experience working in a hectic sales team will be essential with the ability to identify and effectively progress appropriate business opportunities. It goes without saying that you’ll be an excellent communicator with the ability to tailor your approach to your audience and be passionate about customer service with a willingness to take ownership and accountability.
