12-month fixed term contract. Start date 18 August 2025. This role offers a salary of £19,500 and rewards package including up to 10% annual bonus, pension plan, employee discounts and flexible benefits, plus 31 days annual leave and 6 bank holidays. We also have a free onsite gym, subsidised restaurant and coffee shop.
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (full time).
Each year, we recruit new modern apprentices to work with us, learn new skills and gain a nationally recognised qualification. The Business Administration - SCQF Level 6 programme will be available in 4 departments:
- Onboarding: You will work in the Onboarding team to provide our customers with a first-class experience while achieving market leading performance.
- Sales: You will assist our Sales function responsible for the commercial growth of the business, identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with our customers and suppliers.
- Customer Operations: You will rotate round two teams within our Customer Operation function, focusing on accurate meter readings and credit management processes.
- Key Customers: You will help manage Business Stream's highest profile customers, ensuring they only need to reach out once with their queries.
What will I learn? Our MA Programme offers a real alternative to full-time college or university. You will receive the best possible training while earning a full-time salary. You will develop a range of skills including communication, problem solving and team working skills, which will benefit you in your MA role and in future roles too. On completion of the MA programme, you will gain an SVQ Level 6 qualification.
What qualifications / qualities are required? To be considered for our MA Programme, we require you to have a minimum of National 5 in English & Maths (or equivalent).
