We’re looking for a talented Corporate & Customer Communications Manager to join our high-performing Comms and Marketing team – and help shape how we tell our story. This is a role where you can make a real impact. You’ll lead the way in shaping and delivering our corporate communications strategy and impactful customer communications that truly make a difference.
In this role, you’ll help to bring our brand to life - ensuring everything we communicate reflects our tone of voice and our commitment to making a positive difference for our customers, people, communities and the environment. Working closely with colleagues across Communications, Marketing and ESG, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of a wider range of activities, including customer communications, media responses, case studies, awards submissions and content that supports our wider business priorities.
You’ll play a key part in maintaining consistently high standards across all external and internal channels, ensuring our communications are compelling and comply with relevant Codes of Practice. You’ll also support the wider team to align activity to our vision and key performance metrics, creating content that strengthens our reputation and deepens customer engagement. Using insight and data, you’ll track and report on key communications and metrics – continually looking for ways to improve performance and inform decision-making.
Collaboration is key to this role, and you’ll build strong relationships across the business to ensure our plans are joined up, our messaging is clear, and our communications land in the right way.
About you
You’ll bring a strong background in marketing or communications, with a passion for writing content that connects with audiences. You have proven experience in developing and delivering effective corporate or customer communication strategies. You’re confident creating engaging customer-facing content for a range of audiences, using data and insight to maximise relevance and impact.
You’re an excellent communicator, with strong written and verbal skills and a keen eye for detail. You’re comfortable working with senior stakeholders and are able to influence with confidence and clarity. You are organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities at pace while maintaining high standards.
