In this role, you’ll lead a full content audit of our existing website, working with the wider team to evaluate what content to keep, revise or retire. You’ll create compelling, customer-first content that aligns with the buyer journey, addresses key pain points and clearly communicates our values across every page. Using customer insight and research, you’ll help define the site’s structure and ensure it meets both business objectives and customer needs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to guide content through approvals, coordinate with IT teams and our external web agency, and keep the project moving with a clear, focused plan. Every page you deliver will meet the highest standards for brand, accessibility, search engine optimisation (SEO) and user experience.

About you

We’re looking for someone with at least five years’ experience in corporate website content or customer communications (preferably business to business) who can craft high-quality, customer-focused copy while keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned. You’ll have sharp editorial judgement, a flair for simplifying complex information and a collaborative mindset that brings teams together and drives results.

Why join us?

This is a unique opportunity to leave a lasting impact on our online presence, working at the heart of a high-profile project where your content expertise and creativity will be celebrated and valued.

What’s in it for you?

  • 6-month contract offering a salary up to £60,000 (prorated)
  • Attractive pension plan
  • 31 days annual leave and six bank holidays (Pro-rated)
  • Monday to Friday based in our office within Edinburgh Park
