Metering and Billing Adviser Are you someone who loves to think beyond the obvious and solve problems in smart, creative ways?
We’re looking for enthusiastic team players who can use their initiative, tackle challenges head-on, and deliver brilliant outcomes for our customers.
Join our Billing team, where you’ll help manage the full billing cycle — from resolving suspended accounts to ensuring accurate, timely bills every time.
You’ll keep clear records, follow our processes, and provide excellent customer service with every interaction.
If you’ve got strong attention to detail, confidence using multiple systems, and experience supporting customers, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll also be comfortable speaking with customers to keep them updated and drive their queries through to resolution.
