About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Cash Assistant to join our Finance team within the Financial Control department. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate allocation of customer payments, as well as the effective management of allocation queries.
You’ll be responsible for allocating customer payments, resolving anomalies, managing cases and emails within our CRM system, and working closely with both internal and external customers to deliver prompt, high-quality resolutions. Accuracy and excellent customer service are at the heart of this role, with a proactive focus on contacting customers to achieve resolution. You’ll track your performance daily against key KPIs, work efficiently to meet SLAs, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our processes and customer experience.
This is a role where your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make a real difference. You’ll also play an important part in upholding Business Stream’s values and complying with key policies such as Data Protection, Information Security and Records Management.
