About the role

As a Customer Service Adviser, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls and supporting them with a wide range of queries. You’ll listen carefully, provide clear and accurate information, and work confidently to resolve issues while delivering a positive experience every time.

This is an office based role within a small, friendly contact centre where team work is central and colleagues work collaboratively to deliver shared business KPI’s.

Day to day, you will:

  • Take customer calls and respond to enquiries clearly and professionally
  • Troubleshoot issues and find the right solution
  • Keep customer records up to date
  • Play a key role in representing our organisation and values

Hours of Work

We have options for joining us on a full time or part-time basis. Full-time hours are 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Part-time hours are 20 hour per week, Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm.

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys speaking to people and understands the importance of great service. You’re warm, patient and empathetic, even when conversations are challenging. You’re able to adapt your approach depending on the customer and are comfortable handling a variety of queries.

You don’t need to have all the answers from day one - we’ll provide training and support - but you do need a positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.

Experience of working in a busy call centre is preferred.
