Overview
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team in central Bristol. You will support the marketing efforts for a portfolio of international trade exhibitions, with a strong focus on our flagship event in Singapore.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous marketing or communications experience who is highly organised, creative, and eager to take ownership of campaigns that make a real impact.

Salary: £28,000 per year + commission and performance bonus
Working Hours: 11:00am – 8:00pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to achieve registration and attendance targets
- Build and manage partnerships with relevant industry associations and publications
- Identify and coordinate keynote speakers for events
- Create marketing and sales emails, and monthly newsletters
- Keep event websites updated with current content, features, speakers, and partners
- Design promotional assets using Canva
- Work with Excel to manage databases and generate reports
- Develop new marketing ideas to reach wider and more targeted audiences
Required Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in a marketing or communications role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable making phone calls and building relationships with partners and speakers
- High attention to detail
- Able to work independently and think creatively
- Willing to put in extra effort when needed to ensure successful events
