Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year + bonuses (OTE $75,000–$80,000)
About The Role
The Business Show is offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organised recent graduate to kick-start their career as a Graduate Account Manager. This full-time, entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to build their professional skills and gain hands-on experience in client management, event coordination, and business operations.
You’ll be part of a growing Sydney team within a global events brand, working directly with exhibitors to ensure their success at our major business exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients via phone and video calls
- Manage exhibitor accounts and maintain regular client contact
- Coordinate paperwork, contracts, and deadline submissions
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure invoices are paid
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) for smooth delivery
- Provide support during live events (some travel may be required)
What We\’re Looking For
- A recent university graduate (any field)
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, video)
- Highly organised and comfortable handling admin tasks
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A proactive, motivated mindset with a willingness to learn
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Bonus if you have:
Experience in admin, customer service, retail, or hospitality — but it’s not required.
