The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Business Expansion Associate to support our growth across the U.S. events market. You’ll work U.S. business hours from our Bristol HQ and play a hands-on role in driving commercial success for our U.S.-based events. This is a fast-track role with real career progression, offering opportunities to step into senior sales, portfolio ownership, or event leadership, and eventually help lead our operations stateside. You’ll relocate to the U.S. within 6 months (dependent on performance).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively reach out to U.S.-based businesses via phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry research
- Sell exhibition stands and sponsorship packages for our growing portfolio of U.S. events
- Develop and manage a pipeline of clients across diverse industries
- Collaborate with senior managers on event planning and commercial strategy
- Contribute to the launch of new U.S. events and support the setup of our U.S. office
- Work closely with our international teams to ensure event success and brand alignment

Location
This role is based in our Bristol (BS1) HQ. You must be able to work in the UK and commit to U.S. working hours (12 PM – 9 PM). Relocation to the U.S. will be available for high performers within 6 months.
