Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 base + uncapped commission

Realistic Year 1 Earnings: £45,000 – £55,000

Top Earners Potential: £70,000 – £100,000+

Your Role

We’re on the hunt for proactive, driven individuals based in Bristol to join our sales team, targeting the US and international markets. This is a permanent, office-based position working UK evenings to match US business hours. If you’re ready to take ownership of your sales career—whether you’re a recent graduate, career changer, or an experienced salesperson—we’ll provide the tools and training to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Researching and engaging potential clients, including exhibitors and sponsors, across US and international markets
• Using phone, email, and social media to connect with key decision-makers during US business hours
• Building and managing your own sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
• Consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets
