Who We’re Looking For
We’re more interested in your attitude, ambition, and potential than your previous job title. You might already have experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, business development, hospitality, retail, or another target‑driven environment, or you might be looking to break into sales for the first time. We’re looking for people who are:
- Ambitious and motivated to build a long‑term career
- Confident communicators who enjoy speaking to people
- Competitive and target‑driven

Previous sales experience is beneficial, but absolutely not essential. We’ll provide the training, coaching, and support. What we need from you is the drive to succeed.
