The Role

We’re hiring a Sales Executive for our Sydney office to sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages across our major Australian business events. This is a full-cycle, high-performance sales role with structured training and clear targets. It is designed for ambitious individuals who want rapid progression into senior commercial roles and ultimately Event Director-level positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching and identifying high-growth Australian businesses
  • Speaking daily with founders, CEOs, and senior decision-makers
  • Pitching tailored exhibition and sponsorship solutions
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Working closely with senior sales leadership for development

Earnings and Progression

  • $75,000 - $80,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission
  • Realistic Year 1 OTE: $110,000 – $140,000
  • Clear fast-track progression: Sales Executive → Senior Sales → Event Director
  • Performance-based promotions (not time-based)
