With an expanding presence across the UK and overseas, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Junior Account Manager to join our growing Bristol team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals from administration, customer service, retail, or similar backgrounds who are looking to build a rewarding career in events, client management, and business development. No prior events industry experience is required – full training and ongoing support will be provided.
As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our exhibitors receive an exceptional experience from initial onboarding through to event delivery. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will build strong client relationships while collaborating closely with our sales, marketing and operations teams to deliver world‑class events. This is a full‑time, office‑based position located in our Bristol headquarters.
Key Responsibilities- Guide new exhibitors through the onboarding process via phone, email and video calls
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
- Manage contracts, documentation and key project deadlines
- Follow up on invoices and outstanding payments professionally and efficiently
- Liaise with internal departments including Sales, Marketing and Operations
- Provide on‑site support at major exhibitions and events across the UK when required
- Ensure exhibitors are fully prepared and supported throughout their event journey
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, retail or a client‑facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, positive and solutions‑focused approach
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
