About The Role
This is a Commercial Development Executive (Business Events) role focused on the UK market, based full-time in our Bristol office. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our UK exhibitions by identifying, engaging, and qualifying UK‑based businesses and decision‑makers. The role offers structured training, clear performance targets, and long‑term career progression within the events and commercial sector. No previous experience in events or sales is required — full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify suitable UK‑based exhibitors, sponsors, and partners
- Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn during UK business hours
- Introduce businesses to our UK exhibitions and commercial opportunities
- Qualify leads and build a structured commercial pipeline
- Book meetings and pass qualified opportunities to senior sales managers
- Support wider UK‑focused sales and marketing initiatives
- Gain exposure to business events, sponsorship sales, and commercial strategy
