No previous Credit Control experience is necessary – we will provide full training and ongoing development. The Role

  • Managing and maintaining customer accounts
  • Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Working closely with the sales and finance teams
  • Supporting cash flow and account management processes
