The Role

We’re hiring a Sales Executive to focus on the UK market, selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages across our portfolio of major business events. This is a full-cycle, high-performance sales role with structured training and clear targets. It is designed for ambitious individuals who want rapid progression into senior commercial roles and ultimately Director-level positions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Researching and identifying UK-based exhibitors and sponsors
  • Speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers daily
  • Pitching tailored exhibition and sponsorship solutions
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Working closely with senior sales leaders for development

Earnings & Progression

  • £26,000 – £30,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission
  • Realistic Year 1 OTE: £55,000 – £65,000
  • Clear fast-track progression to Senior Sales > Event Director
  • Performance-based promotions (not time-based)
  • International travel opportunities
