The Role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) focused on the UK market. This role is heavily focused on lead generation via email and LinkedIn outreach, qualifying prospects, and booking opportunities for the wider commercial team. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys research, outreach strategy, and building commercial pipelines.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identifying and researching UK-based prospects
- Conducting high-volume email and LinkedIn outreach
- Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
- Booking meetings and creating commercial pipelines
- Supporting wider sales campaigns
- Working toward progression into Event Management
Earnings & Progression:
- £25,000 – £28,000 basic
- Uncapped commission
- Realistic OTE: £50,000 +
