Senior Relationship Manager – Invoice Finance

Our client, a growing provider of funding solutions to businesses, is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join their high-performing team in Manchester.

Based in their flagship office in Manchester city centre, your primary responsibility will be to proactively manage and maintain key relationships with a portfolio of Invoice Finance clients. You will also be responsible for developing the portfolio, effectively managing risk, ensuring profitability, and maximising revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Undertake client visits timely and in line with the agreed schedule, with accurate and consistent reporting in the agreed format and timescales.
2. Maintain excellent communication skills to uphold a high level of professional conduct with both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Be risk-aware and have the ability to balance risk and reward effectively across the portfolio.
4. Review, analyse, and interpret financial accounts and other information to make considered and qualitative funding decisions.
5. Possess working knowledge of Invoice Finance.

The successful candidate must demonstrate comprehensive technical and credit risk skills in managing a diverse portfolio of lending facilities. A thorough understanding of accounting principles, practical application, and a detailed knowledge of Financial Accounting, Business Finance, and Risk Management are preferred.
